The Ginger Factory’s iconic Ginger Flower and Food Festival is back again and promises to delight the senses with three spectacular days of food, flowers and entertainment for all.

The festival promises to delight the senses with three spectacular days of food, flowers and entertainment celebrating the best of the Sunshine Coast region and the 75-year history of Buderim Ginger.

From 8th – 26th January 2021 the Ginger Factory will burst with color, showcasing an exquisite range of ornamental gingers and heliconia’s, which thrive in the Sunshine Coast’s sub-tropical conditions. A stunning array of over 3000 plants will be available for sale to festival goers.

Lifestyle and foodie presentations, as well as cooking demonstrations will run across the days.

Sampling of Buderim Ginger’s new Ginger Beer ranges will be available, including new flavors and their latest alcoholic tipples.
