Maleny Botanic Gardens

The Maleny Botanic Gardens cover eight acres, but are situated on one hundred and ten acres, surrounded by magnificent rainforest and spectacular views.

The uniquely landscaped layers, idyllic rainforest surroundings and the spectacular Glasshouse Mountains backdrop create a truly magnificent garden.

Four kilometres of walking paths meander around the thousands of different plants, ranging from roses, azaleas and annuals to some of the rarest cycads in the world. All of which are complemented by numerous water features – providing countless options for photography.

The pathways also take you on an enchanting journey up to the majestic lookout and into the pristine rainforest.

Enjoy afternoon tea in one of the gazebos or bring your own picnic lunch. The photo opportunities are endless.
