Shannon Lloyd and Marie Lourens opened Mint Hair and Colour Specialists in 2013, at Quamby Place Noosa Heads, Next to Ricky’s.

Shannon Lloyd worked in Noosa for three years and extensively in London, France and Australia. She owned two Successful salons in Sydney and was a Technical Director for Toni And Guy. She also worked as an educator for Wella and L’Oreal Professional. Shannon was nominated for Australian Technician of the year in 2006 and 2007, and her work has been published in leading publications such as Marie Clair, Harpers Bazzar, Ecstatically and Toni & Guy education books. she has been involved in styling for Sydney fashion week and the Arias.

Marie Lourens started her hairdressing careers in 2000 with an innovative outlook in all aspects of hair design. She soon explored the creative world of colour and styling and during the past 10 years of her career she became a well respected Colour Expert and Creative Stylist in her field. Her hairdressing experience was gathered from her extensive travels over the years from South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. Marie is an accomplished Colour Technician and Creative Stylist. She has won the prestigious WELLA Professional Trend Vision competition.
