Description
The Noosa Music Society was founded in 1989 and is an incorporated non-profit community organization run by a volunteer committee.
It seeks no financial support from arts funding organizations, preferring sustainable independence by covering costs through ticket sales.
By volunteers keeping overheads to an absolute minimum, Noosa Music Society is able to recompense performers fairly, while keeping ticket prices affordable.
National and international artists of the highest caliber are featured in annual Noosa music society series.
Noosa Music Society takes pride in its success over the past 21 years in establishing Noosa as one of the strongest and most knowledgeable chamber music audiences in Australia.
